Do you make the jewelry that you sell?
No, I do not create any of the jewelry myself. The preowned pieces I sell are sourced from individuals and dealers before they choose to melt them down. I also purchase new jewelry from wholesalers to resell.

Do you offer jewelry repairs?
No, I do not provide repair services. I recommend finding a trusted local jeweler for any repairs you may need.

How do you ship orders?
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Handling time is typically 1 business day, and shipping generally takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. All orders ship from Texas.

Are the jewelry pieces in perfect or new condition?
Preowned items may show signs of wear and tear from previous use. While imperfections are common, I only sell pieces that are wearable and in good condition. New items are in pristine condition. Each listing specifies whether the item is preowned or new.

Do you ship outside of the USA?
At this time, I only ship within the United States.

Do you accept payment plans?
I do not offer payment plans, but PayPal and certain credit cards may provide financing options at checkout.

Are multiple quantities of the same item available?
Most preowned pieces are one-of-a-kind, with only one available. However, for new jewelry, I can check availability if you need multiple quantities. Feel free to inquire.

Do you accept custom orders?
Custom requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to send an inquiry.

What if I don’t see what I’m looking for on your site?
If you're looking for a common or specific piece, I may be able to source it for you. I frequently fulfill special requests, so feel free to contact me.

Do you sell diamonds?
Yes, I can source both natural and lab-grown diamonds, as well as other precious stones.

Do you have a store I can visit in person?
At this time, I only offer online shopping.
