Return Policy

At Vintage Gold Gal, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Condition Requirement: Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. This means no alterations, wear, or damage. All original packaging and any included documentation must be returned as well.

• Refund Process: Refunds will be issued once the item is back in our possession and has been inspected. If the item does not meet the return condition requirements, the refund may be denied.

• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The only exception is if the item was received damaged or not as described, in which case we will cover the return shipping expenses.

• Non-Returnable Items: Any custom or final sale items will not be eligible for return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
