Condition of Preowned Items

• Preowned jewelry will show signs of wear, blemishes, and/or imperfections consistent with its age and prior use. These characteristics add to the uniqueness and history of each piece.

• Customers understand that preowned items are not in “like new” condition unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Buyers may choose, at their discretion, to have items professionally buffed, polished, or repaired at their own expense.

Authenticity & Descriptions

• We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item. However, variations in lighting, screen resolution, and individual perception may affect how an item appears.

• All product descriptions, including metal purity, gemstone details, and estimated era, are based on our professional expertise but are not guaranteed appraisals.

Damage & Claims

• All items are thoroughly inspected and documented before shipping. If a customer claims an item arrived damaged, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and all original packaging.

• Claims of damage made after this period will not be honored.

• We are not responsible for damage occurring after the item has been received by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted under the conditions outlined in our Return Policy. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent, or the refund may be denied.

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was significantly misrepresented.

Limitation of Liability

• Vintage Gold Gal is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled shipments once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

• We are not liable for any modifications or repairs made to an item after purchase.
